Yes. The carbon-fibre chairs use removable 10.4 Ah / 288 Wh lithium packs that fall under the IATA 300 Wh limit for spare mobility-aid batteries, so most carriers accept them in the cabin with prior notification. Each unit ships with the UN38.3 summary, a battery watt-hour label, and an airline handling card in English, Japanese and Arabic.
What voltage and plug configuration is supplied for Japan and the GCC?
Japan-bound chargers are built for 100 V / 50–60 Hz with a JIS C 8303 Type A plug and PSE marking. GCC-bound chargers are 220–240 V / 50 Hz with a BS 1363 Type G plug and G-Mark conformity. Both are dual-input capable, so a single hardware revision can be re-labelled if you re-route inventory between regions.
How do you palletise ramps and mattresses to control ocean freight cost?
Threshold ramps nest at eight modules per pallet with a 1.9 m³ footprint.
